Tom Hintz Launches Homewooddecor.com

August, 2003 -- Tom Hintz, a nationally known Motorsports writer recently gave up that profession to pursue his passion for working with wood. The result is a new career and a new web site, www.homewooddecor.com.

Tom works out of his one-man shop in Concord, North Carolina and creates a wide range of wood objects for the home, office and collectors who appreciate fine wood pieces. After years of the hustle and bustle of the Motorsports world, Tom is enjoying taking the time to craft each piece of wood into something he is proud of.

Currently Tom creates bowls, vessels, peppermills, boxes, lamps, racks and shelves, but the range of his interest goes far beyond that and will be reflected on his site as that develops.
